After purchasing their first rental property in 1997, Garret and Lisa grew their portfolio to 45 buildings over the next 20 years. Garret’s science and Realtor background and Lisa’s nursing background bring a unique set of skills to find, acquire and renovate rental properties.
Day to day, Garret is the president of Upper Edge Property
After purchasing their first rental property in 1997, Garret and Lisa grew their portfolio to 45 buildings over the next 20 years. Garret’s science and Realtor background and Lisa’s nursing background bring a unique set of skills to find, acquire and renovate rental properties.
Day to day, Garret is the president of Upper Edge Property Management, and also coordinates large renovation projects for Wong Capital. Lisa nurses part time, and also oversees the finances of both companies, in addition to actively participating in the acquisition and design process of each project.
They enjoy the outdoors camping and fishing, and spend large amounts of time travelling with their 2 sons, Nathan and Evan.

Fercy is our Business Development Coordinator, whose main position is to facilitate communication with our investors.
Not one to sit by and wait for things to happen, Fercy is committed to seeing things through, always keeping in mind that this will benefit coworkers and clients alike. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching a good movie.
